Refund Policy

At Intellectalk, we aim to provide an exceptional experience to all our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the services provided, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:

One-time Payment Refund Policy:

Fulfillment: As soon as you purchase a plan, fulfillment happens online, and the classes/credits are allotted immediately.
Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted via email to cs@intellectalk.in. We aim to process and refund requests within 30 business days of receiving the request, provided that the request complies with the terms outlined below. If there is any delay, please notify us at cs@intellectalk.in. During the refund process, we may ask you to validate key information to process your refund.

Subscription Plan Refund Policy:

Fulfillment: Upon purchasing a subscription plan, credits are allotted immediately, and services begin as described in the plan (e.g., a plan for 8 classes per month for 6 months will add 8 credits each month for the next 6 months).
Refund Policy: Refunds will be considered only for services that have not been rendered. Refund requests will be processed based on the amount paid for services that have not been used. Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please send an email to cs@intellectalk.in. Your request will be processed within 30 business days, subject to validation. If there is a delay, please contact us for an update. In some cases, additional information may be required to complete the refund.

Refund Eligibility:

A refund request will only be valid if submitted within a reasonable time and in accordance with our refund policy.
For Subscription Plans, the refund is applicable only for the remaining unutilized portion of the subscription.
